Role

As Marketing Director, you lead Cybervadis marketing activity. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones

Position is based in Cybervadis Headquarters in Paris, France

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy maximizing demand generation

• Lead and manage the marketing team (currently one senior and one junior team member)

• Plan and execute marketing projects and campaigns (content, events, email marketing, social media, paid media, SEO, website, etc.) from inception to completion

• Create and execute a sophisticated brand journey

• Develop and manage external communications

• Oversee public relations efforts to enhance the company’s public image.

• Suggest and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

• Define marketing goals and KPIs to measure success, track progress and demonstrate ROI

• Monitor and evaluate competitors activities and adjust strategy accordingly.

• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and Cybervadis cybersecurity experts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders and partners (events organizer, web agencies, copywriters, etc.).

• Expertise:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Track record in B2B tech marketing management. Experience in cyber security is a plus.

• Proven experience in developing and executing strategies that have driven growth at scale

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns

• Proven experience of digital marketing channels, including conversion optimisation, paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Pardot and Salesforce

• Ability to comfortably flex between being a builder and hands-on, and effectively managing and building a high performing team

• Highly collaborative leader and team player

• Native English. French and German languages are a plus.
